Returns
- SwishHer is not responsible for lost returns, so please ensure that you ship via a traceable signature-required service to confirm delivery and receive the proper credit.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Please do not return items outside of that window. All items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Please allow us a minimum of 7 days to process your return. In most cases, your return will be processed much sooner.
- A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT returnable for store credit.

Where do I send returns?
How do I redeem store credit?
Upon the successful process of your return, you will be emailed a code to be used during checkout on a future purchase. There is no expiration date for redemption.
Are price adjustments offered?
SwishHer does not offer any form of refunds or price adjustments. (Ex: A promotional code is available during the time of your purchase but you do not use the promo code during your purchase, we cannot adjust the price of your purchase.)
