Store credit will be issued once your return is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective. 
You may return items that are unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items must have all tags attached and be in original condition.  If items are returned that have cigarette smoke, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup, snags, etc. we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). SwishHer reserves the right to refuse any return attempt that does not meet requirements. 
  • SwishHer is not responsible for lost returns, so please ensure that you ship via a traceable signature-required service to confirm delivery and receive the proper credit.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.  Please do not return items outside of that window. All items will be returned at the customer’s expense.  

  • Please allow us a minimum of 7 days to process your return. In most cases, your return will be processed much sooner. 
  • A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT returnable for store credit.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by sending an email to: swishher@swishher.com

How do I redeem store credit?

Upon the successful process of your return, you will be emailed a code to be used during checkout on a future purchase.  There is no expiration date for redemption. 

Are price adjustments offered?

SwishHer does not offer any form of refunds or price adjustments. (Ex: A promotional code is available during the time of your purchase but you do not use the promo code during your purchase, we cannot adjust the price of your purchase.)
